Significant Performances in the Period Following Educational Experience
- Period following educational experience up to now – Performing research in the areas of Signal Processing Systems Development and Implementation (the period after 2004.) and of the Instantaneous Frequency Estimation (the period before 2004.). Within the period after 2004., multicycle non-adaptive and multicycle smart (signal adaptive) systems for time-frequency and space/spatial-frequency analysis, as well as for optimal nonstationary (time-varying) filtering have been developed and implemented. Developed systems for optimal nonstationary filtering are theoretically related to the research in the area of Instantaneous Frequency Estimation, performed before 2004. Results of the performed research are published in the leading international journals, by the leading international publishers, or presented at the most important scientific international and regional conferences and symposiums.
- Since July 2005. – Leader of the research team for Signal Processing Systems Development and Implementation.
- June 2007. – June 2010. Leader of the research project in the area of Signal Processing: “Special purpose hardware design for analysis of the highly nonstationary one-dimensional and two-dimensional signals and time-varying filtering”, supported by the Ministry for Education and science of Montenegro. This was the first project in Montenegro that supported the Research Assistant in his Ph.D. (doctoral) study. Ministry of Education and Science of Montenegro have made the public presentation of this project and the achieved results.
- 2006. – 2008. Participant at the Tempus CD_40017_2005 Project: “Introduction of a new study program in Applied Electronics”, resulted in the introduction of a new study program at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Montenegro. Within the project, I proposed, developed and introduced the course: “Advanced special purpose hardware designs for signal processing” at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Montenegro, followed my research in the Signal Processing area and the published results from this period.
