Time-frequency signal analysis: 
The general concept of time-frequency signal representation; 
Noise influence on the time-frequency distributions; 
Instantaneous frequency and group delay representation; 
Cross terms in the time-frequency distributions and the methods for their removal or reduction; 
Wavelet transforms. 
Adaptive digital systems.

• Ph.D., 1983, in Electrical Engineering at the University of Montenegro.

  Courses taught: Continous and Discrete Automatic Control, Digital Signal Processing, Adaptive Discrete Systems, Operating Systems.
